Product and price information

The gowns presented on the website are made in our atelier. Prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON), include VAT and are indicative: the final price of a made-to-order gown is agreed in writing after the consultation, depending on fabrics, size and requested changes. The euro equivalent, where shown, is for information only.

Appointments

Fittings are free of charge and by appointment only. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you can no longer attend, so we can offer the slot to another bride.

Orders

Orders are concluded through a separate contract signed in the atelier, which sets out the design, measurements, delivery date and payment terms (usually a 50% deposit when ordering and the balance at the last fitting). The website does not process online payments.

Intellectual property

The photographs, texts and designs presented are the property of BELLE ATELIER S.R.L. or are used with the authors’ consent and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Dispute resolution

For any complaint, write to andreea.events@yahoo.com. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL), linked in the footer of this website. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
