Answers to the questions we hear most often about fittings, orders and alterations.
When should I start looking for my dress?
Ideally 8–12 months before the wedding. A made-to-order gown takes 4–6 months, and final alterations another 4–6 weeks. If time is short, we also have gowns available immediately – write to us and we will find a solution.
How long does a fitting take and how much does it cost?
A fitting takes about 60 minutes and is free of charge. Fittings are by appointment only, so the salon is entirely yours.
How many people can I bring?
We recommend 2–3 close people whose opinions truly matter to you. The fitting salon is intimate, and decisions come easier in a small group.
Do you make dresses to measure or modify designs?
Yes. Every gown can be ordered to your measurements, and most designs accept changes: a different neckline, sleeves, train length or fabric.
What sizes do you have in the atelier?
Sample gowns generally range from EU 34 to 44. Each dress is then ordered to your measurements, whatever your size.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is paid when ordering, and the balance at the last fitting, before collecting the dress. We issue an invoice for every payment.
I live abroad. How does it work?
We often work with brides living abroad: fittings can be condensed into one or two visits, with video consultations in between, and the dress is shipped internationally, insured and properly packed.
Are alterations included in the price?
Standard alterations (length, waist, bust) are included. Major design changes are estimated separately and transparently before any work begins.
